Frequently Asked Questions

In the event of a change in your plans requiring immediate action, such as the need to have your child picked up or adding a new authorized pick-up, please contact the Camp Kustermans director, Emma, directly during camp hours at 226-378-0321.

In the event that your camper is unable to be at drop off on time or needs to be picked up early, please send us an email 24 hours in advance. If it is short notice, we kindly ask you to call the director at 226-378-0321. We are more than happy to offer alternative drop off or pickup options to ensure that your child can safely enjoy as much of their camp day as possible.

Absolutely! Your camper will have the chance to see their older sibling at three key points during the day. In the morning, all campers will come together for activities; at lunchtime, everyone will eat together, and there will be time for shared activities before pick-up. This should provide a comforting and reassuring sense of familiarity throughout the day. And don’t forget that our counsellors are also well-equipped and trained to support campers in managing these kinds of feelings.

Nope! If there’s just a light, occasional drizzle, we’ll carry on with camp activities as usual by shifting games to sheltered areas. In the case of thunderstorms or heavy rain, we’ll relocate camp to indoor rain spaces and have plenty of alternate activities ready to go.

If your camper has forgotten something essential for the day, please reach out to our director by calling 226-378-0321. They will promptly arrange a meeting with you at a designated spot within Kustermans Adventure Farm to ensure that your camper receives the necessary item without delay.

Our dedicated counsellors diligently check for any prescribed medication, water bottles, and lunches at the start of each day. Should we identify a missing item, we will notify the contacts listed on the camper’s Information Form in the specified order.

Camp Kustermans is non-refundable, but we’re happy to accommodate schedule changes. You can move your camper to another available week. For changes or questions, please email us at campkustermans@gmail.com.
