Absolutely! Your camper will have the chance to see their older sibling at three key points during the day. In the morning, all campers will come together for activities; at lunchtime, everyone will eat together, and there will be time for shared activities before pick-up. This should provide a comforting and reassuring sense of familiarity throughout the day. And don’t forget that our counsellors are also well-equipped and trained to support campers in managing these kinds of feelings.
Nope! If there’s just a light, occasional drizzle, we’ll carry on with camp activities as usual by shifting games to sheltered areas. In the case of thunderstorms or heavy rain, we’ll relocate camp to indoor rain spaces and have plenty of alternate activities ready to go.
If your camper has forgotten something essential for the day, please reach out to our director by calling 226-378-0321. They will promptly arrange a meeting with you at a designated spot within Kustermans Adventure Farm to ensure that your camper receives the necessary item without delay.
Our dedicated counsellors diligently check for any prescribed medication, water bottles, and lunches at the start of each day. Should we identify a missing item, we will notify the contacts listed on the camper’s Information Form in the specified order.
