We Hire Exceptional People
Ideal for students (15+), adults, and retired workers looking for seasonal work from May to October. Roles range from customer service to field and event support, and most positions involve interacting with families and kids. If you enjoy being active, outdoors, and around people, you’ll fit right in.
Camp Counselor
For responsible students (16+) who enjoy working with children. You’ll lead activities, support daily programs, and help create a safe, structured camp experience. Ideal for anyone interested in teaching, ECE, or recreation.
Seasonal Positions
Most roles involve being active, working outdoors, and helping guests during busy days. You’ll rotate between different areas depending on the season: market, admissions, fields, events... so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
Hiring Process
We use a simple application process: submit your form, resume, and cover letter. Selected applicants are invited to a group interview where we match candidates to the best‑fit roles.

WHAT IS Kustermans?
Kustermans is a family-friendly farm in Southwestern Ontario, combining a charming animal farm with a fun amusement park. Visitors can meet and interact with a variety of farm animals, enjoy hands-on activities, explore exciting rides, and find on-site dining options. There’s also a farm market where guests can purchase fresh products straight from the farm, making it a full day of adventure, learning, and local flavors.
U-Pick
14 acres for blueberry picking, 3 acres for U-Pick strawberries, 2 acres for raspberries, 5 acres for pick-your-own pumpkins, and a sunflower field experience, Kustermans has plenty to keep everyone amused.
Farm Festivals
From April to December, there’s always something exciting happening at Farm Kustermans: Easter joy, Fall festivities, Summer Camps or the magic of Christmas… we’re ready to celebrate with you.
Farm Market
Wide variety of goodies, join us for a fun local shopping experience at Kustermans Farm Market: local jam & honey, fresh & frozen pies, farm fresh frozen berries, kids toys, gift items, and tasty treats!
