HOW IT WORKS

Book your birthday package online, customize it with fun add-ons, and enjoy a full day of outdoor adventure at Kustermans.

Book your kids Party

Select your preferred birthday package, date and time (weekends only 10:30 AM · 12:30 PM · 3:00 PM). Each booking includes up to 8 kids + 8 adults with a max capacity of 50 people.

Customise it

Choose your add-ons: extra food, loot bags, pizzas, host time, veggie/fruit trays and more. Then fill in your guest count, sign the waiver, and submit your contact details.

Celebrate and Enjoy

Come enjoy the day! Your guests get full-day access to the Adventure Farm. Our team will handle setup, hosting (included when not self-hosted), cleanup, and make sure your child's birthday is unforgettable.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm booking. Balance of party cost due at the end of your party.
We need 2 weeks notice to get ready for a memorable birthday.
In case of rain, activities will be done under shelter.

Hosting Before or After Your Party?

Book our party host to help you supervise during free play!

All higher-tier packages include a Party Hero to host your celebration for 1.5 hours during your reserved party time.

If you choose the Party Starter package, it’s self-hosted—but you can add a Party Host to help supervise, entertain, and support you before or after your scheduled time.

Farm Birthday Party FAQ

Do you offer smaller birthday packages for fewer kids?

Our party packages start at 8 kids, but you’re welcome to book even with fewer guests. The price remains the same, and you’ll enjoy all the included perks.

Is there a discount if we don't need food or extras?

The base packages are fixed, but “Party Starter” is our most budget-friendly option with no food or host included.

What's the difference between “Party Table” and “Private Tent”?

Party Starter includes a semi-private reserved picnic table.

All other packages include a private tented party area with seating and more privacy.

Do babies 24 months and under get in for free?

Yes! Children 2 years old and under receive free admission and do not count toward the guest total in birthday party packages.

How much notice do I need to book a birthday party at Kustermans?

We require at least 2 weeks’ notice to prepare everything for a memorable birthday experience. This allows us enough time to plan and make sure everything is perfect for your celebration.

What food is included in each package?

Bushels of Fun: 2 pizzas (pepperoni + cheese) or 12 hotdogs
The Full Acres: 4 pizzas (pepperoni + cheese) or 24 hotdogs
More food is added if extra guests are added.

Can I add more adults or kids later?

Yes! You can add extra guests for a small fee depending on the package—just let us know ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.

Can we stay and play longer after the party ends?

Yes! All guests receive wristbands valid for all-day access to the Adventure Farm after your hosted party time.

Can I add something special not listed on the site?

We love helping with unique ideas! Reach out to us—if it’s doable, we’ll gladly work with you to make it happen.

Is the party host included in all packages?

Only in the higher-tier packages. If you book “Party Starter”, it’s self-hosted, but you can request a host as an add-on for as long as you need!

What happens if it rains?

No worries! We’ll move the party under shelter and keep the fun going with covered activities.
