Recognizing Our Staff
We make it easy for campers and parents to identify our team. Each staff member wears a clearly marked shirt so you always know who to approach for help, guidance, or support.

Camp Director Shirt
Our Camp Director, Emma, wears an orange Camp Kustermans shirt with the logo on the front and "DIRECTOR" printed on the back. She is available for assistance during drop-off and pick-up times. See our Pick‑Up & Drop‑Off procedures

Counsellor Shirts
All counselors wear sky blue Camp Kustermans T-shirts with the camp logo on the front and "COUNSELLOR" printed on the back. Each child is assigned a group leader, but all campers are encouraged to approach any counselor or team member for support.
Camp Leadership Program
Teens ages 13–15 can join our Leadership Program to become Counsellors‑in‑Training (C.I.T.s). They learn leadership skills, support younger campers, and receive a certificate with feedback at the end of the week. C.I.T. graduates may apply to be counselors at age 16.
