Frequent Questions
Registration and payment must be completed at least 14 days before your camper’s start date. Camper information forms are due by June 20th, or as soon as possible if registering later. Lunch orders must be submitted one week before camp begins. Before and after care and T-shirt orders have no fixed deadline—these can be added anytime through your CampBrain account or arranged directly with the camp director.
In the event of a change in your plans requiring immediate action, such as the need to have your child picked up or adding a new authorized pick-up, please contact the Camp Kustermans director directly, during camp hours.
In the event that your camper is unable to be at drop off on time or needs to be picked up early, please send us an email 24 hours in advance. If it is short notice, we kindly ask you to call the camp director. We are more than happy to offer alternative drop off or pickup options to ensure that your child can safely enjoy as much of their camp day as possible.
We do our best to accommodate placement requests, but we can’t guarantee campers will be in the same group, as groups are organized by age for safety and activities. Your camper will still see their familiar person during morning activities, lunchtime, and before pick‑up, and our counsellors are trained to support these feelings. To make a request, please, contact us.
Nope! If there’s just a light, occasional drizzle, we’ll carry on with camp activities as usual by shifting games to sheltered areas. In the case of thunderstorms or heavy rain, we’ll relocate camp to indoor rain spaces and have plenty of alternate activities ready to go.
If your camper has forgotten something essential for the day, please reach out the camp director, our director. They will promptly arrange a meeting with you at a designated spot within Kustermans Adventure Farm to ensure that your camper receives the necessary item without delay.
Our dedicated counsellors diligently check for any prescribed medication, water bottles, and lunches at the start of each day. Should we identify a missing item, we will notify the contacts listed on the camper’s Information Form in the specified order.
Camp Kustermans is non-refundable, but we’re happy to accommodate schedule changes. You can move your camper to another available week. For changes or questions, please get in touch with Reghan.
