Our Farm Birthday Parties run from May to October on weekends. Each booking includes a minimum of 8 kids, with room to add more guests up to 50 people.

DIY Package – Reserved and decorated picnic table. Drinks and gem mining not included. Customize your party with food, hosts, animal feed cones, gem mining and more.

Premium Package – Private tent with a Party Host for 1.5 hours, unlimited drinks (juice and water) and gem mining included. Add food, extra host time and other activities as needed.

Both packages include full‑day access to the Adventure Farm.

How it Works

Choose your birthday package (DIY or Premium), book it online, and then customize it with the add‑ons you need—food, drinks, gem mining, animal feed cones, extra host time and more.

Choose your Package

Select your preferred birthday package — the DIY Package (decorated reserved picnic table) or the Premium Package (private tent with host, unlimited drinks and gem mining). Parties run from May to October on weekends only, with fixed time slots at 10:30 AM · 12:30 PM · 3:00 PM.

Customise it

Customize your package with the add‑ons you want—food, pizzas, loot bags, veggie/fruit trays, extra animal feed cones or gem mining bags, extra host time and more. Each booking requires a minimum of 8 kids, with adults added separately. We recommend a 1:4 adult‑to‑child ratio for supervision. Capacity is limited to 50 people total (if you have more invitation please, contact us)

Celebrate and Enjoy

Come enjoy the day! Your guests get full‑day access to the Adventure Farm. Your party space will be ready when you arrive, and our team takes care of setup, cleanup, and support throughout your celebration so your child’s birthday is unforgettable.

Host and Games

Host and games available in selected packages. Party Hero hosts for 1.5 hours.

Drinks

Unlimited water and juice are provided in select packages.

Terms & Conditions

A non‑refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid at the end of your party.
Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Our system will not allow reservations inside that window.
You may reschedule your party up to 14 days before your booking date.
You can add extra kids or adults up to 3 days before your party. Your confirmation email includes a Manage Booking link where you can update your reservation.
In case of rain, activities will continue under covered areas, so your celebration can still take place.

Hosting Before or After Your Party

The Premium Package already includes a Party Host for 1.5 hours during your reserved party time.

The Party Starter (DIY) Package is self‑hosted.

You can add or extended a Party Host to your booking for $50 per hour if you’d like extra help at any point.

Farm Birthday Party FAQ

Do you offer smaller birthday packages for fewer kids?

Our party packages require a minimum of 8 kids. You’re welcome to celebrate with fewer children, but the price is based on 8 and includes all the perks of your chosen package.

Is there a discount if we don't need birthday extras?

Both of our birthday packages already include a set of perks.

The Premium Package includes: a private tent, a party host for 1.5 hours, unlimited drinks, 1 gem‑mining bag per kid, 8 animal‑feeding cones per kid, personalized cake and birthday t-shirt, full‑day farm access and more.

These are fixed‑price bundles, so the included items can’t be removed or discounted.

If you prefer a celebration without any included perks, you’re welcome to organize your own gathering at a regular picnic table. In that case, you bring your own food, supplies and setup, and it’s simply a general‑admission visit—not a birthday package.

What's the difference between “Party Table” and “Private Tent”?

Both options give you 1.5 hours in a reserved party space.

The Party Table is a decorated reserved picnic table set up for your group. It’s the standard space included in the DIY Package.

The Private Tent is a larger, covered, private party space with more comfort and privacy. It’s included in the Premium Package and is valued at $100 on its own. Premium also includes hosting, unlimited drinks and the gem‑mining activity.

Do babies 24 months and under get in for free?

Yes! Children 2 years old and under receive free admission and do not count toward the guest total in birthday party packages.

How much notice do I need to book a birthday party at Kustermans?

We require bookings to be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Our system won’t allow reservations inside that window, so make sure to secure your date early.

What food is included in each package?

Both packages includes a personalized birthday cake for the kids, including plates, utensils, napkins, candle and cups.

The Premium Package also includes unlimited drinks (water and juice).

All other food options—pizza (various flavors), hot dogs, veggie trays, fruit trays, and loot bags—are optional add‑ons that you can select during checkout. You only pay for the extras you choose.

Can I add more adults or kids later?

Yes. You can add extra kids or adults up to 3 days before your booking date.
Your confirmation email includes a Manage Booking.

Can we stay and play longer after the party ends?

Yes! All guests receive wristbands that give them full‑day access to the Adventure Farm, even after your party time ends.

Please note that your reserved space (Party Table or Private Tent) —and the party host included in the Premium Package— are available for 1.5 hours only. After that, you’re free to enjoy the farm for the rest of the day.

Can I add something special not listed on the site?

We love helping with unique ideas! Reach out to us—if it’s doable, we’ll gladly work with you to make it happen.

Is the party host included in all packages?

No. The Premium Package includes a party host for 1.5 hours. The DIY Package does not include a host.

However, you can add a party host to either package as an optional add‑on for $50 per hour during checkout.

What happens if it rains?

No worries! We’ll move the party under shelter and keep the fun going with covered activities.
